Aicha El Khalil Iglesias,nacida en Barcelona ha estudiado el arte de forma directa de su padre.Tambien ha tomado clases de pintura de prefesores,en Barcelona durante los primeros años de su vida,y en Vizcaya despues,donde ha vivido hasta su viaje a Siria,su lugar de residencia actual.Continuo sus estudios de arte graduandose en la Escuela de Bellas Artes de Alepo,en las especialidades de pintura y escultura.Y es miembro del Sindicato de Artistas Plasticos de Siria. Es miembro de la asociacion artistica del pintor Mhammad Fathi,en Alepo.

Ella suele decir de si misma lo siguiente:De todos los artistas se puede aprender, pero cada cual camina por su estilo personal, y como dijo un dia Gaugain. quereis saber quien soy? no son mis obras y pinturas las hablan por mi?. Cuando hablamos de arte las fronteras se vienen a bajo, los paises se aproximan y las diferentes culturas se convierten en una mezcolanza admirable destacando lo mejor de cada pais y convirtiendolo en un todo insuperable del que se debe aprender porque en el arte reside la esencia de cada persona y de cada pais libre de estereotipos y predisposiciones llenas de racismo.Los artistas somos una gran familia,nos acerca la sensibilidad especial del artista y un anhelo de mejorar el mundo atraves de su arte.Porque en el arte se funde la fe,la etica y la belleza,de ahí su profundo poder.
Su tema mas recurrente es el realismo social,que le interesa de mayor modo,mezclando a veces el simbolismo. Aun viviendo en Alepo recuerda siempre su doble nacionalidad, y presenta sus exposiciones como ciudadana de España, de Euskadi, De Barcelona, y como no de Siria.
Aicha El Khalil Iglesias,born in Barcelona, has studied art directly from her father. She also has recived some painting classes from some others teachers in Barcelona during the early years of her life, and then in Vizcaya, where she lived until she is gone to Syria, where she is living actually. She prolongued her art studies graduating at the School of Fine Arts of Aleppo, in the fields of painting and sculpture.
She is a member of the Union of Plastic Artists from Syria. And a member of the painter's artistic association Mhammad Fathi, in Aleppo.

When we talk about art the frontiers fall down, countries are close and different cultures become a wonderful medley highlighting the best of each country and making a particularly intractable to be learned because art is the essence of each person and each country free of stereotypes and predispositions full of racism. The artists are a big family,it approaches us the special sensibility of the artist and a desire to improve the world through his art.Because in art blends faith, ethics and beauty. Therefore it´s deep power.
Social realism is her most recurrent theme, because that interests her in a stronger way, sometimes mixing symbolism with it. Even living in Aleppo always remember her dual nationality, and presents its exhibitions as a citizen of Spain, Euskadi, Barcelona, and Syria.
