Kara Irina was born on 22nd July 1977 in Chisinau (Moldova Republic of). In 1995, she entered the
Technical University of Moldova (TUM), Architecture department. In 2001 the Association of Architects
of Moldova awarded the II-d Class Honors her Graduate Work. In 2001-07 Irina worked as a Interior
Designer. She has painted several works in oils and pastels. In 2005 Irina married. She gave birth to a
son in Feb,07. Kara has been working as a teacher of the architectural projecting in the architectural
cathedra since 2009. She has begun taking master classes from the famous Moldavian painter – Victor
Ursu since Nov.09. Kara found herself in an expressive abstractionism with avant-garde inspiration.
Her paintings are reflection of the world through emotions, thoughts, feelings and the way to express
herself. Her first collection consists of 150 paintings. In June 2010 held its first personal exhibition, under the guidance of Victor Ursu.
