Noemi Silvera (1968) , is a latinamerican self-taught artist....she lives in a small town, Montevideo metropolitan zone, near to the ocean
with an interesting bio, full of extreme experiences and Universitary studies, as philosophy olden, middle ages and rennaissance and psichology for example but artist ever..., private school of arts&scenic arts in Uruguay, and some voyages .... finally she find peace after Portugal voyage in the new Milenium
and specially after 2006 she found an equilibrium life
some years living in Spain too, but indian origin is the most important sign of her artwork
now emerged in international art scenes
